What is the 2016 ACF Fall Invitational?
The 2016 ACF Fall Invitational is an in-house competition for all levels that consists of 11 workouts over 4 days.

How does it work?
4 Team Captains will draft teams from the current membership roster of ACF.
All members will be drafted to a team.
Workouts will be done in class the week of October 3rd. All you need to do is show up, do the workout, and log your scores.
Members record their workout scores to an online scorecard each day.
At the end of the week, the team with the highest overall score wins!

Who Participates?
Every member of ACF participates in the Fall Invitational!
Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced athlete, there’s a level for you.

How Much Does It Cost?
Free for ACF members

When are Workouts Released?
Each days’ workouts are released at 5 p.m. PT the night prior.

•    Intermediate Division
•    Fun – Beginner-Level Scaled Workouts

Teams
We will have 4 Teams.
Each team will have 1 Captain.
Each team will have an equal number of competitors.
In the past, teams have made their own private Facebook groups, and had team shirts made.

Team Captains
Team Captains are responsible for drafting their team, motivating their team, encouraging team spirit, approving and submitting their team name, and ensuring all team scores are submitted before the weekly deadline.

The Draft
A draft will be conducted prior to the competition.
Each Captain will draft their team from the current membership roster.
The draft will be conducted in private, so members will not know the order in which Captains chose their teams.

The Workouts
Rx Workout Example:
10 Minute AMRAP
15 Thrusters 95/65 lbs
10 Double Unders
5 Muscle-Ups

Intermediate Workout Example:
10 Minute AMRAP
15 Thrusters 75/55 lbs
30 Double Unders
5 Pull-Ups

Fun Workout Example:
10 Minute AMRAP
15 Thrusters (No prescribed weight)
10 Single Unders
5 Ring Rows

Submit Your Scores Online
A link will be published to submit your scores online…
Athletes will submit their scores throughout the week. A hard deadline will be announced. Don’t be late!

Scoring System
Each team will be assigned points based on the performance of their competitors in each division.

2016 ACF Fall Invitational Winning Team
The team that wins the 2016 ACF Fall Invitational will have a plaque put up in the gym recognizing them for the entire year.
