  • WOD Class

    Whether you are a recent graduate of Aliso CrossFit Foundations or an advanced athlete, this class is for you. We expertly program to build functional strength and conditioning through workouts of the day (WODs) which we scale to every fitness ability via leveled programming. This leveled programming offers a comprehensive environment for athletes of all levels to work on progressive skills, exercise knowledge, capacity in the movements, and strength appropriate to their current level.

    We believe in the CrossFit methodology which focuses on preparing our members the best we can for any physical and mental challenge that life throws at them. Our 60-minute WOD classes will typically consist of a warm up, mobility session, strength and/skill work, a heart pumping metcon and finally a cool down. But in true CrossFit style, come prepared to take on the unknown and unknowable because chances are you’ll be in for a few fun surprises that don’t follow that format.

    Prerequisite: Aliso CrossFit Foundations Course, 6-Week Intro to CrossFit Program, or Personal Training

  • Foundations

    The Aliso CrossFit Foundations Course is perfect for people who are new to CrossFit or would like a refresher on the basics. During your Foundations course, we will teach you the foundational movements of CrossFit which we regularly program into our group CrossFit WOD classes. This is a 4-week course which repeats every 4-weeks. This means you can join the cycle at any time. Most students usually attend about 12 Foundations classes before they are ready to graduate to the WOD classes.

    During these 60-minute classes, you will learn the essential movements of CrossFit, the philosophy behind the CrossFit training program, goal-focused nutritional strategies, and much more.

    No prerequisite. All fitness levels are welcome!

  • Weightlifting

    Our weightlifting classes are quickly becoming one of our most popular classes. Powerlifting and Olympic lifting are great ways to supplement your regular CrossFit WOD routine with something fun, technically advanced, and potentially really heavy.

    Powerlifting is a strength sport that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift. If you are interested in building muscle, moving some seriously heavy weight, and developing raw strength, this is definitely the class for you. Olympic Weightlifting is also a ton of fun. It’s perfect for those of you who are interested developing the explosive power, mobility, and technical skill. Olympic lifts consist of the snatch and the clean & jerk.

    With 90 minutes focused on just these movements, athletes are able to dial in their lift and accelerate their performance. Plus . . . its fun to throw around heavy weight with perfect form!

  • CrossFit Kids

    Aliso CrossFit’s Kids and Teens programs include a combination of body weight calisthenics, gymnastics and weight lifting elements.  We use that combination to develop ability in ten general physical skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and coordination. There are also the benefits of bone density and stimulation of the vestibular system. The program is designed to keep kids and teens focused and entertained while creating the foundations for an athletic life.  We also discuss nutrition as the basis of all athletic movement.




    • CrossFit Kids | 5-8 years | $85.00/month
    • CrossFit 'Tweens | 10-14 years | $105.00/month
    • CrossFit Teens| 12-18 years | $125.00/month
    • All classes, dates and times, are TBD during the "Off-Season" during the school year.
  • Open Gym

    Aliso CrossFit’s Open Gym is available for members who would like to train on their own when there are no classes running. Open Gym is the perfect time to work on your weaknesses like mobility, stretching, technique, skills, or you can do a WOD that you’ve been wanting to do or one that you missed during the week. We just as that you please be considerate of others who are training and be sure to leave the gym cleaner than you found it.


    • Open Gym is included at no additional cost as part of all monthly memberships.

    Sign up for Aliso CrossFit’s personal training sessions where one of our world class coaches will work with you to help define your goals, conduct a comprehensive assessment of your fitness level, and coach you through a program designed specifically for your needs. This is the best option for those athletes who are serious about taking their training to the next level.

    No Prerequisite. All fitness levels are welcome, beginner and intermediate athletes! We want to help you get in the best shape of your life.
